STUDIO GUIDELINES & POLICIES

NEW CLIENTS

An introductory session is recommended but NOT mandatory for all clients new to Pilates and have never taken a Pilates class. This is to familiarize clients with the various Pilates equipment and to advise on proper use and safety. We strongly advise a Stretch or level 1 class for beginner or a free demo if available on schedule .

CLOTHING AND ATTIRE

Grip Socks are required and must always be worn during class. No exceptions.

ROLLOVER POLICY:

ANY unused classes from one monthly cycle roll over to the next monthly cycle but must be used by the end of that monthly cycle. Rollover classes can no longer roll over indefinitely.

Note: this no longer limits the number of classes you roll over – it only limits the length of time you have to use them (they are only good for one month).

Limited Contracts such as (4,8,12 and 16 classes per cycle”Month”)are UP to, if client does not use all classes by the time of expiration dates we will NOT extend expiration dates since every payment gives the client 2 months to use classes.

NOTE: IF YOU CONTRACT IS ON THE LAST MONTH AND ABOUT TO EXPIRE YOUR CLASSES WILL EXPIRE IN ONE MONTH FROM THE LAST PAYMENT AND IF YOU RENEW TO ANY CONTRACT WE WILL CHANGE IT BACK TO 2 MONTHS AGAIN IF CLIENT STILL HAVE CLASSES LEFT ON ACCOUNT.
