Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to sign in waiver and to notify the instructor of any injuries or modifications needed to improve your experience.
Please wear comfortable work out clothes. Grip socks are required to be worn during sessions for your safety and hygiene (we sell them if you don’t have any…) There is one bathroom and one changing room on premises.
Please be aware that instructors use tactile cues in adjustments to help the clients to get a better alignment; if you are NOT comfortable being touched for corrections, please let the instructor know before the class starts.
We offer a wide range of instruction; from beginner-level through advanced. There is something for everyone!
