The mission of Full Body Pilates Movement Therapy is to assist individuals in achieving their wellness goals by guiding them to enhance their inner core strength and overall well-being. We focus on gathering a vibrant community that engages in physical activity while incorporating mind-body movement practices. Our purpose is to foster an environment that supports both physical and mental well-being, encouraging each participant to collect insights and tools that empower their journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.

Our studio name is FULL BODY PILATES AND MOVEMENT THERAPY we use MINDBODY platform for scheduling, payments, reminders and more… You can use the mindbody APP or our WEBSITE to schedule and cancel classes, just know that your account with us is under the mindbody platform.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to sign in waiver and to notify the instructor of any injuries or modifications needed to improve your experience.
Please wear comfortable work out clothes. Grip socks are required to be worn during sessions for your safety and hygiene (we sell them if you don’t have any…) There is one bathroom and one changing room on premises.
Please be aware that instructors use tactile cues in adjustments to help the clients to get a better alignment; if you are NOT comfortable being touched for corrections, please let the instructor know before the class starts.
We offer a wide range of instruction; from beginner-level through advanced. There is something for everyone!
